For reasons of safety and management, only the forwarding and logistics company authorized by Organizer is permitted to use cranes, power-driven forklift trucks with a driver’s seat, driver operated forklift trucks, other material handling equipment, or working platforms for loading and unloading and setup and dismantling on the exhibition grounds; and employ drivers and operators.
Organizer suggest every exhibitor to contact the official freight forwarder to have information about the procedures of Turkish custom in order to eliminate the potential problems at transportation and Turkish custom procedures before the exhibiton time.

Insurance
25.1. Product Insurance
The insurance of exhibits against all risks during transportation and during the exhibition is the responsibility of the exhibitor. The organizer accepts no liability for damage to property or personal injury except that its legal representatives or persons employed in the performance of its obligations acted with intent or gross negligence.
25.2. Third Party Liability Insurance
The exhibitor is liable for all damages caused to third parties through his participation in the exhibition. The organizer accepts no liability for damage to property or personal injury except that its legal representatives or persons employed in the performance of its obligations acted with intent or gross negligence.
